TLC HomeCare Services was co-founded by two local Burlington county women, Kelly Tandourjian (CNA, CHHA) and Patti Maltese (BA, CNA, CHHA). These dedicated moms and entrepreneurs have worked together in the staffing industry for many years as well as in other business ventures. Together they successfully collaborated their talents and expertise to set the ground work for this endeavor. Patti has management, recruiting and healthcare staffing expertise. Kelly’s forte is sales, marketing, recruiting, and health insurance. Kelly and Patti are both Certified Nurse's Assistants (CNA), as well as Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA) and are fully certified with the state of New Jersey. They have also completed clinical work in several nursing homes in the area. This training plays an essential part in the understanding of what client’s need, and the level of care that is required. Both ladies have cared for family members, and realize what a valuable service this is to our aging baby boomer generation, as well as to others. TLC HomeCare Services was born out of their sincere efforts to do something that is valuable to the community as well as fulfilling to themselves personally. They aspire to be role models for their own daughters in a way that is complimentary to their most cherished role as mothers. |
