Kelly McCabe
OWNER/FOUNDER
Founding owner Kelly C. McCabe credits her strong background in sales and marketing, community relations, staffing, and her love of family as her inspiration for creating TLC HomeCare Services.
After spending years as a leading Account Sales Administrator for a large health insurance company, she decided to branch out independently. In 2009, she created TLC with a vision that stressed hands-on owner involvement. She is the client liaison and sales and marketing partner for the ever-growing home care company.
Kelly holds her New Jersey Producer's License in health and life insurance specializing in Medicare 65 and Medigap policies. Kelly is the proud mother of two daughters and resides in Mt. Laurel, NJ.
She is passionate about health and fitness and is a devoted Philadelphia Eagles football fan.

Karen Garcia
OFFICE MANAGER
Karen Garcia is our OFFICE MANAGER and PAYROLL/BILLING/INSURANCE EXPERT who has been with us since the beginning.
She is a mom and wife and is Bilingual in Spanish. Karen also wears many other “hats” during any given business day so she is our all around go to lady. She knows everyone’s job! She troubleshoots, counsels, and has a sincere connection with everyone she meets.
She goes above and beyond performing every task she takes on with superior professionalism.
Sam Potesta
SENIOR STAFFING COORDINATOR
After graduating from Moorestown High School, Sam started her career in property management. She quickly learned how to serve the public professionally, politely, and always kindly. Sam enjoyed the hustle and bustle of a busy day showing prospective tenants their new homes and took pride in helping them every step of the way. She later moved to Massachusetts, where she tried her hand at staffing and management, which led her back to a position with TLC HomeCare Services as Staffing Coordinator. Sam loves interacting with our exceptional caregivers as well as our wonderful clients. She shows up for her TLC team every day with a smile and a place in her heart for everyone we serve.
Sam enjoys being a first-time mommy to her daughter, Brooklyn, traveling with her family, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle in her spare time. Along with an extensive background in hospitality and real estate.
I have my bachelor’s degree in Sports and Health Sciences and a minor in Human Resource Management. I love to spend time with my family and read in my free time. I thoroughly enjoy the outdoors, and I love to lead a healthy lifestyle.
