Kelly McCabe

OWNER/FOUNDER

Founding owner Kelly C. McCabe credits her strong background in sales and marketing, community relations, staffing, and her love of family as her inspiration for creating TLC HomeCare Services.

 

After spending years as a leading Account Sales Administrator for a large health insurance company, she decided to branch out independently. In 2009, she created TLC with a vision that stressed hands-on owner involvement. She is the client liaison and sales and marketing partner for the ever-growing home care company.

 

Kelly holds her New Jersey Producer's License in health and life insurance specializing in Medicare 65 and Medigap policies. Kelly is the proud mother of two daughters and resides in Mt. Laurel, NJ.

 

She is passionate about health and fitness and is a devoted Philadelphia Eagles football fan.

Karen Garcia
OFFICE MANAGER

Karen Garcia is our OFFICE MANAGER and PAYROLL/BILLING/INSURANCE EXPERT who has been with us since the beginning.

 

She is a mom and wife and is Bilingual in Spanish. Karen also wears many other “hats” during any given business day so she is our all around go to lady. She knows everyone’s job! She troubleshoots, counsels, and has a sincere connection with everyone she meets.

 

She goes above and beyond performing every task she takes on with superior professionalism.

Diane Frankecki, R.N.
HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONAL

I started my career 30 years ago as a Medical-Surgical nurse and have advanced to Critical Care nursing for the past 15 years. I genuinely enjoy all my time as a bedside nurse, but four years ago, I found a new nursing direction with TLC in Homecare. 
With homecare, I get to see a different side of patient care. I love going into our clients' homes and finding ways to make their lives just a little bit easier, giving some comfort and reassurance to our clients and their families that we will take care of them. If I can bring a smile to their face or get them to laugh, then it's a win for everybody.


To keep life balanced, I try to laugh often, get out on my bike, spend time with my family, talk "shop" with my daughter, a nurse, or train with our three German Shepherds.

STAFFING COORDINATOR

I have accomplished my bachelor's degree in organizational Management and currently pursuing my MBA with a focus in Organizational Leadership. I am genuinely passionate about the health care field and the elderly. I'm in this role because I love building relationships with our caregivers and clients as well. 

 

In my free time, I enjoy traveling to different countries around the world, spending time with my family, and working out to stay fit and keep my mind sharp.
