Join Team TLC!
The most important thing when taking care of clients in their homes is to make a good match. A person's skill level, training, personality, and geographical location are all considered when making the perfect match. We try to send the same caregivers on each case to achieve a lasting friendship or bond. Building a relationship with the client is also a crucial part of being successful. The client must feel comfortable and connected to their caregiver so that we can form a trusting bond. TLC allows the caregiver to be successful in these relationships, and therefore, they create new opportunities for more work if they excel!
We request that all of our employees drive our clients to appointments and on errands is a prerequisite to employment. For our clients' safety and staff and to uphold our exemplary level of service, we do background checks, driver abstracts and require declaration papers. We maintain copies in their files.
We are looking for caregivers who have these traits:
♥ Honesty
♥ Empathy
♥ Sympathy
♥ Compassion
♥ Tactfulness
♥ Dependability
♥ Conscientiousness
♥ Respect
♥ Patience
♥ Reliability
